We have built a webshop with your Woodmart theme. It sure is a very nice theme and it provides everything we need for the webshop.
However we experience serious performance issues. The webshop responses very slow to user interactions and pages take a lot of time to load. We optimised the images and applied caching but that barely leads to any improvements in overall performance.
For testing purposes we also used the default theme which comes with WooCommerce using the same data (products etcetera). In that case the webshop performed significantly better. Very fast.
When we take a look at the demo of the Woodmart theme on your website we do not experience any speed issues. It runs very smooth and fast.
You will understand that we would like to why. On what kind of hosting platform does the demo site run?
In the private content of this topic I provided the log on credentials for the website. Could you have look at the site and tell us how to improve the overal performance. Do we overlook certain settings?
