refinewwParticipantHi Elise,
I am sorry just after we sent you the login credentials we did a migration of products which changed all our demo items we had setup. once we re align the data and set it up as we had it prior to contacting you we will check again to see if it is working

refinewwParticipantHi Elsie,
So i have got everything re aligned but I seem to have maybe missed a setting to get the filters to work. I have created 2 sites in the multisite network and the second site is displaying the filters perfectly but my main site is not. I have configured the attribute Color and have attached it to a product but the only time the sort by color shows up is only on the actual “shop” page and not any other categories can you please help me figure out what setting i may have missed because when i compare my 2 sites all the settings seem to be the same. Thanks in advance

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
If a category does not have products with colors filter would not be shown. Please provide your site admin access I will check the settings.

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please check how it works with default WordPress theme? You can use standard WooCommerce layered nav widget and check how it works. Our theme’s widget is based on standard WooCommerce function and you need to test them first to understand is it our problem or not.

refinewwParticipantsame issue the color filter only shows on the shop page and not any category pages
July 24, 2018 at 1:24 pm #68984
Artem TemosKeymasterStrange, but it means that the problem in WooCommerce configuration or caused by some of the installed plugins.
July 24, 2018 at 1:26 pm #68985
refinewwParticipantI have 2 sites in the multisite network one work and the other does not both have the same configuration
July 24, 2018 at 1:30 pm #68987
refinewwParticipantdoes the following error look familiar?
made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-includes/template-loader.php’), include(‘/plugins/woocommerce/templates/taxonomy-product_cat.php’), wc_get_template, include(‘/themes/woodmart/woocommerce/archive-product.php’), do_action(‘woodmart_before_filters_widgets’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, call_user_func_array, woodmart_price_widget, the_widget, WOODMART_Widget_Price_Filter->widget, WOODMART_Widget_Price_Filter->generate_price_links, WOODMART_Widget_Price_Filter->check_range
July 24, 2018 at 1:32 pm #68988
Artem TemosKeymasterBut it is not an error, it is just some PHP functions call stack. It says nothing about the problem.
July 24, 2018 at 1:41 pm #68991
refinewwParticipantjust checked all the other plugins they are identical for each site on the multisite
July 24, 2018 at 1:42 pm #68992
Artem TemosKeymasterAnyway, there is something different and we don’t know what exactly since it is WooCommerce functionality and it doesn’t depend on our theme at all.
July 24, 2018 at 2:24 pm #69001
refinewwParticipantthe only difference between the 2 sites that we can see is the one that is not working is the base template and the second one that is working was the marketplace template
July 24, 2018 at 2:26 pm #69004
Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but previously you wrote that this problem happens with default WordPress theme too, right? And it means that it is not our theme problem or bug.
July 24, 2018 at 3:03 pm #69017
refinewwParticipantoh ok so not your problem… weird how it works on only half the network yet no explanation can be found
July 24, 2018 at 3:04 pm #69019
Artem TemosKeymasterWe suggest you to create a testing website in your network and install your plugins and add content step by step to see what exactly is this problem caused by.
