woodmart fonts and layout collapsed

In my website it was working fine recently, when i entered inside the woodmart plugin dashbaord inside the website backoffice and clicked save setting my template layout and fonts goes totally collapsed.
i tried the solution of deactivating all the plugins and keeping only the theme recommended plugin there after i activated the parent theme and clicked on save settings inside the woodmart dashbaord it does the same thing.

I am unable to change any of these options inside the woodmart dashabord i have attached the image below. my issue is revolving around this dashbaord.

The issue seems to be with the HTTP HTTPS configuration settings of wordpress.
Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same under Settings >> General as mentioned in our detailed documentation: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/
Then check back.
