We’re having a problem with the footer; two columns aren’t displaying: the logo column and the company address column. We don’t know why.
To try and fix this, I’ve added two columns to test the front end. The two official columns in your theme weren’t displaying, which is why I wanted to do this test!
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
If you check the Footer Column 1 and Footer Column 2 under Appearance >> Widgets, you will find the Block Widgets set under it with Custom HTML code, and that is showing fine too on the frontend: https://postimg.cc/94GZ6fkJ & https://postimg.cc/VddMYgTC If you do not want these, you have to remove them and then add new widgets in those Footer Column 1 and 2 as per your requirements.

These two blocks, the image and the text XXXX, are my creations, but your theme already includes a footer with information. I customized your site’s footer with our logo, but I left the street name you provided in your footer!
Your original footer is present in the HTML blocks, but it’s impossible to reinstall it, hence the creation of a test footer with the logo and XXX as the text.
Do you want to change the HTML block in the footer and get back the old footer block? If yes, then please go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Edit the Footer Column 1 >> I have used the Woodmart HTML block >> select the Footer block and it is showing fine: https://ibb.co/TDDBLh5h
You can add or replace any HTML block while using the Woodmart HTML block widget in the footer.
