Woodmart Footer Section

Hello,
I bought the woodmart theme and I have a problem with the footer.
When I configure for the appearance and save, no recording is done and it redirects me to page 404.
I am unable to validate the number of sections to display.

Please try to resave Permalinks in the Dashboard > Settings > Permalink.

Also please check and make sure: HTTP and HTTPS configuration in the Dashboard > Settings > General if your domain is https://domain.com the same should be used in Dashboard > Settings > General.

If the problem remains, please provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

I checked the settings you mentioned, everything is nikel. I’m giving you admin access so you can see what exactly is wrong. As I had just installed the theme, only the extensions recommended for the theme’s use are enabled, so you can unselect the one you need for your debug test.
I also have the problem of saving in the other settings parameters such as the general color style.

Please contact your host support and ask them to disable mod_security mode.
