    Hello,

I have installed Woodmart on a dev environment for a client (clone of the actual ‘live’ website) and I’ve noticed that in the “Footer” theme settings section, when either the “HTML block” or “WIdgets” footer content is selected, there should be an option to either select a custom block or a widget layout, but not of them seem to show up (screenshots will be attached).

Theme is activated on a ‘dev’ domain, and is up to date.

Any idea what might be wrong?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

When you select “Widgets”, you need to set a number of columns in the Theme Settings > Footer.

If you set the “HTML block” you create your custom template with the builder and set the number of columns appropriately: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Thanks for your reply. I’m well aware that I need to set the HTML block or the widgets layout from the Footer section BUT the option to select them does not appear (see screenshot attached of ‘working theme’ and compare it with what I’ve initially attached).

So, the issue is not that I don’t know where to set them.. the issue is that THE SECTION that’s supposed to give me the option to select either a HTML block or widget layout DOES NOT APPEAR.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Best Regards
