Woodmart header banner not working

We have tried to activate the header banner and it has 2 issues:
a) It does not display on the home page
b) On the other pages it is blank, irrespective of what text we add to the banner and what colour the text or background is.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we are noticing display: none CSS property added on your Site related to Header Banner. So, kindly please try out the following CSS on your Site that needs to be pasted under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

.simple-banner {
    display: block !important;
}

Hopefully, the Header Banner will appear fine by then.

I have tried this but no luck…..I still get a blank header banner.

As you are mentioning that you have tried the CSS but it doesn’t work out for you but as far as we are seeing the Header Banner currently on your Site, it is appearing fine.

No, that banner that you are referring to is part of the header menu where we have added text alongside the social icons. The Woodmart banner doesn’t work – please see attached document and explanation.

We have decided to abandon using the Woodmart banner and have settled on a simple plugin
