WoodMart header builder

Dear Xtemos-Team.

I’m try to add “text/HTML” (plain text/HTML) element into header section.
After I selected it, i can not input any text (see screenshot attached).
On the other hand the “HTML block” (WPBakery builder) works fine.

What can be the cause?

(Theme-Version: 3.3 / Plugin “Woodmart core”: Version 1.0.12)

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Thank you very much for fast reply.
I have disabled all plugins and child-theme without success.

Note:
– “WoodMart templates library” works fine
– In my local version of website the “text/HTML” (plain text/HTML) element is working

Maybe a server-setting or php setting?

Just this moment i tried it out again – with second admin-Account (prepared for you)
And it works!

So i tried it with my admin-account again, and it does not work still.???
Do you have an idea?

Do you mean that it doesn’t work with some of your accounts? Could you please send us this account so we can check?

Yes that’s right:
With default Admin-Account it does not work.
With second Admin-Account it works.

Unfortunatly you misunderstood the problem.
Headerbuilder works basicly.
Only “text/HTML” (plain text/HTML) Element is not workable as admin:

But as second admin it works.

Do you have an idea.

OK, now we see the problem. Please, disable all external plugins and switch to the parent theme so we can check what is wrong.

I already had disabled all external plugins and deaktivated Child theme – without success.

I do not know what time you visit my page, so feel free and disable plugins yourself, if you visit my site.

It’s astonishing that it works with guest-admin, but not with default-admin.
