Woodmart Header Builder and Theme settings won't save changes

Why I can’t save any changes on my header builder and theme settings, I’m stuck in loading icon.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

I didn’t use any plugins aside from the default plugins of woodmart. It is also a fresh installed wordpress and theme.

Hello,

Try to disable ‘mod_security’ on your server. It seems to block Theme Setting’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.

Is there another workaround for this? Mod_security module helps to protect our website from hacking the domain, database hacking, data manipulation, etc. If mod-security is disabled, our website will be at risk from these vulnerabilities.

You need to contact your hosting provider for help in this situation. Maybe some exceptions should be configured. Anyway, it shouldn’t block these requests since they don’t harm your website anyhow.
