First of all, please check the Dashboard > Settings > General, there should be the correct site URL: if your site is https://domain.com it should be the same in General with httpS
If the URL correct, please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.
Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.
I have tried several ways and lastly install a fresh copy and just try but fail. There are no other third-party plugins install. It is a fresh copy install and user credentials are in the private area.
Please solve the problem and also need to know –what was the specific issue!
