Go to WordPress Admin Menu > WooCommerce > Settings and click on ProductsTab. On that tab, you will see a sub-tab link called General. Click on that sub-tab to show the set of options to select the main shop page. Use the Shop Page option to select the page.

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

What? all plugins is might all yours and , It is fresh. and also the header menu is all cover with green now.
