    Hello,
    We have a big problem. I don’t know what happened. I changed the website theme to Woodmart from avada, and now my website is broken. There is no connection between the products and WooCommerce, or something like that. Nobody can purchase products from our website, and it is down.
    Please help me to solve ASAP

    When clicking on Order in the mobile version, I see a loading wheel, and the page does not load.
    I’m not sure if some pages, like the Order page, are assigned correctly.
    When trying to make a purchase on desktop, the reCAPTCHA prompt appears repeatedly, even after selecting it. It’s behaving strangely.
    I have to manually clear the cache to temporarily resolve some of these issues.
    I’ve added a 404 plugin to redirect pages, but I’m not sure if it’s working as expected.
    We need to find a permanent solution to these problems.

    Hello,

    Please record a short video of the problem. Also, please test how it works with the default WordPress theme or WooCommerce Storefront to check if it is caused by the theme or not. Record a video with the default theme as well.

    I bought support to log in and solve my problem. I don’t have time to make a video! I resolved it with Avada theme support. Thanks!

    Do you mean that the problem is sorted out already? Could you please clarify what was the cause of the problem?
