This Fatal error is saying about the lack of memory on your server. Try to increase it http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/

Hello,

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
