WOODMART layout broken PHP Fatal errors

I recently have taken over the management of the site https://lovefashionpoint.gr/ from a previous developer.

I am facing the following problems, amongst other.

Sidebar not showing shoe size numbers.
Product tabs not showing.
Shoe size numbers are able to select only from .variations_form .variations .value select when display is set to inline-block.
Checkout page not showing any text messages.

And more.

In admin woocommerce all are as they should be, no issues.

Can you detect where the problem is ?

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
If you use the child theme switch to the parent theme,

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

for security reasons, can I run the procedure on a clone? clone.lovefashionpoint.gr

It might be best to create an admin account so you can run the process?

The eshop is up and running with issues so if possible a quick reply about creating an admin account so you can go through the process!!!

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I cloned lovefashionpoint.gr to make the changes you suggested.
All broken.

Maybe it’s better to connect to clone.lovefashionpoint.gr which is a true copy and you can do whatever you need.
Currently woodmart is disabled but with enabled license in clone.lovefashionpoint.gr.

Please let me know if it is possible to fix the problems and then you can do the same for the original site.

Everything seems to be working fine, except for the menu (maybe due to an error when creating the clone).

I can safely import the settings that existed in the theme’s settings before , using settings->import ?

Yes, you can import – export Theme Settings in the Theme Settings > Import/Export.

You would better make full backup of your site.

2. Update the theme in Appearance > Themes.
3. If you have an error, follow the steps listed #495785
4. As soon as you update the theme, update plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.
