woodmart layouts not accessible

Hello,
We cannot enter Products archive & Single product layout. we ahve tried so many things but we cannot for some reason enter the sites on elementor. earlier we could of but now it just keeps refreshing or at stand still.
Is it possible to check why is this?
We need to edit our site.

Yes its chcked! and other layouts work but the 2 main we need to work they dont. We dont know why 😀 product + collection one

I see that you have some elements from Elementor Pro in our Layouts, in some cases, our Layouts are not compatible with the elements from Elementor Pro, so try to import the default Layout from our theme templates – https://prnt.sc/RiGMkp24j9gy and then recheck the issue.

so we can create new, copy paste from old layouts to new and save and go live then it should work most likely?

theres one question.
earlier when we developed the search by attributes for tyres the hierarchy was well sorted. main category > sub > sub.
But now I see that for some reason all of them are just in one row and not correctly.
it can be tried on homepage when finding tyre categories (sesonki)
do you know why is this like that?

actually dont mind that. i ogt it sorted but the issue is that if I keep the setting so that its as hierarchy and hide empty ones the setting bugs somehow and all are in one long row. thats weird.
