Woodmart Licence

I have 3 Woodmart theme licenses. The two most recent ones are associated with this account, but I’m unable to connect the oldest one to this account. I honestly have no idea whether I may have registered it under a different account.

When I enter the purchase code, it says that it is already being used. I’m sure it was linked to a website that I no longer use, and I would like to deactivate it. I would also like to associate that license with this account. Is that possible?

On our website, in your account, you can see how many activations you have. Also, in your account, you can deactivate the old license and use it for the new domain.

I am sure you didn’t read what I wrote. As I said, my first purchase is attached to another account that I don’t remember which email I used or if I still have that email. Can you reset that license so I can add to this account? If you need proof that I own that license, I can show you.

Please send us the purchase code using the Private content field so we can find it and remove from that account. Then you will be able to it to this account.
