WoodMart Logo Still Appearing on Tablet and Mobile Screens

I’ve added our logo to the header. However, when I reduce the screen size from desktop down to tablet or mobile, the WoodMart logo still appears there. Do you know how to fix this, so that the same header that is currently in-use for desktop will also appear for tablet and mobile?

I’ve attached a few screenshots to show you what I mean.
