carlos-8593ParticipantHello,
We are experiencing an issue with the Mega Menu on our WooCommerce website using the WoodMart theme.
Website: https://gatsiesencias.com/
We have a Mega Menu configured under the “TIENDA” menu item. When the menu is working correctly, it displays the categories in multiple columns with icons and proper spacing. I attached a reference image named:
img-mega-menu-ok.jpg
However, every time we modify any element in the WoodMart Header Builder, the Mega Menu layout breaks. The menu content becomes vertically stacked and loses the correct column structure and spacing. I attached another image showing the issue:
img-mega-menu-bad.jpg
The only workaround we have found is:
Go to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus
Open the menu section
Click Save Menu
After saving, the Mega Menu displays correctly againThe issue is that this workaround has to be repeated every time we make a change in the header. Since this is an online store that will be delivered to the final client, we do not feel comfortable leaving the website with this behavior.
Could you please help us identify why the Mega Menu layout breaks after saving changes in the Header Builder?
We would like to know if there is a permanent solution for this issue, so the Mega Menu remains stable without needing to manually re-save the menu after every header modification.
Please let us know if you need access credentials or additional technical information to review the issue.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Carlos Magallon-

Thank you for the detailed explanation.
I checked your site and tested the behavior by editing the Header Builder (for example, changing the menu style and saving the header). However, the Mega Menu continues to display correctly, and I was unable to reproduce the issue.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/BtxPscTcCould you please clear all caches and check again? Also, let us know the exact steps required to reproduce the problem consistently.
Best Regards

carlos-8593ParticipantHello,
Thank you for checking it.
Since the issue could not be reproduced on your side, I recorded a video showing the exact behavior and the steps to reproduce it:
In the video, you can see that the Mega Menu initially displays correctly. Then, after making a change in the WoodMart Header Builder and saving the header, the TIENDA Mega Menu layout breaks. The menu content loses its multi-column structure and becomes stacked vertically.
The important part is that the issue is fixed immediately after going to:
WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Save Menu
No menu changes are required. Simply clicking Save Menu restores the correct Mega Menu layout.
So the current behavior is:
1.- The Mega Menu works correctly.
2.- We edit and save something in the WoodMart Header Builder.
3.- The Mega Menu layout breaks.
4.- We go to Appearance > Menus and click Save Menu.
5.- The Mega Menu works correctly again. This makes me think that some Mega Menu data, menu cache, compiled layout, or theme-generated menu settings may not be refreshed correctly after saving the Header Builder, and they are only rebuilt after manually saving the WordPress menu again.
Could you please review the video and help us identify what may be causing this?
We need a permanent solution because this is a production WooCommerce store that will be delivered to the final client, and we do not want them to rely on this manual workaround every time the header is edited.
Please let me know if you need admin access or any additional information.
Best regards,
Carlos MagallonJuly 9, 2026 at 8:41 am #723320Hello,
Could you please add the following code to the child theme and check if it resolves the issue?
add_filter('woodmart_enqueue_html_dropdowns_inline_style', '__return_true');Best Regards.

carlos-8593ParticipantHello Aizaz,
Thank you very much for the fix.
We added the code and cleared both the Elementor cache and the browser cache. The Mega Menu is now displaying correctly, and the issue appears to be resolved without needing to perform the previous workaround.
We appreciate your help.
Best regards,
