Woodmart- No option for AJAX Product Tab in WPBakery

HI I GOT WOODMART A FEW DAYS AGO AND WANT TO ADD AN AJAX PRODUCT TAB BUT THIS ISNT AVAILABLE IN THE ELEMENTS SECTION. I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THE OPTION CURRENTLY SO CAN YOU TELL ME HOW TO GET IT PLEASE?

ALSO I CANNOT SEE TITLE SECTION IN THE SAME ELEMENT.

Additionally my dashboard asks me to update WPBakery but when I do I get the following page.
