    1) Visit the website below on Safari with Google Chrome
    2) Enable/Disable the setting as shown in the screenshot

You’ll notice WoodMart doesn’t work when that setting is enabled.

Could you please send me a video from a mobile device of where that option is situated (step by step): https://prnt.sc/lqv0g9P0Vcnn, I cannot find it.

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Lowkdown Mode https://support.apple.com/en-us/105120 this is a high security mode and it blocks all fonts on the site https://prnt.sc/1kCvgHd3Magz. And since our icons are also made using fonts, they are also not displayed.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke,

Indeed it’s a high-security mode, but when I discovered it the first time “as a regular user” myself. I enabled it, and thought it was good for me for my security while browsing the web. But then I tried my websites with WoodMart and many things didn’t work. So I thought many many more users would be tempted to have this feature enabled, and wouldn’t realize that it impacts the websites. So can WoodMart improve its compatibility with this mode?

    Thanks

    Hello,

The issue is not in the compatibility, that “Lockdown Mode” causes the browser to block fonts, etc. on the sites. So it’s impossible to make some custom code to enable the fonts because the browser itself blocks it.

Can you add a feature in the theme that detects if Lockdown mode is enabled in the browser, and if yes that we can display a message to suggest the user to disable that mode because it makes the website render wrong?
