Woodmart Pages in the interface extremely slow when I try edit containers

On one of my WP-Admin pages (and other pages)
When I click-on one of the containers, it takes ages to try edit a container. How can I fix this as this is time consuming to do it the way I did it. I truly like the layout, looks really awesome but takes ages just to edit. I do not want to change the look but need to make this faster when editing.

The issue you are experiencing is related to slow performance in the Elementor editor when loading containers. This usually happens when the page is heavy (many elements/sections) or due to limited server resources or plugin conflicts.
We recommend:
Deactivating unnecessary plugins and increse the server limist and clearing cache and trying a different browser.
