    I do not see the Plugins tab and there is no Appearance either. Please provide full rights.

    Hello,

    Now I see, I have checked everything is ok it works as it should.

    Appearance > Install plugins show the plugin which is not installed/activated/updated. If the plugins have been installed, updated, activated, it goes from this list to the Dashboard > Plugins.
