Woodmart Popup – Ninja Forms issue

Hi,
I have an issue with the Woodmart Popup element in Page Builder.
Somehow, a Ninja Form got stuck, even though I deactivated the NF plugin and even if the Popup is empty.

This screenshot means that the plugin shortcode is not working. It is not because of our theme.
Yes, but the plugin is deactivated…can you please give me a suggestion on how this could be fixed?
But how it is supposed to work if the plugin is deactivated?
Well, that’s why I’m also mesmerized on how could this happen since I don’t have the plugin anymore and it just got stuck like that..
In this case, try to clear this page completely and create a new popup. It is also possible that you are looking at a wrong page. We can’t say exactly while don’t see the website.
I’ve tried to create a fresh new page and only add an empty popup element, and the issue is still there. Is it something from the database maybe?
Sorry, but we really don’t know why it works this way. Maybe you did something in the code.
