Woodmart Prebuild website import failed

Hi Team,
I have been trying to import prebuilt website and I keep getting the same error over and over again which is:
The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.
I have edited the PHP.INI file and the time limits are way over and above the limits required and yet I get the same issue. How can I fix it? I am running the website on my VPS.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce

I have disabled all the plugins and tried again but doesnt work.
It is due to URLs misconfiguration on your website. You have HTTP in settings while using HTTPS on your website. You need to have HTTPS in configuration too
