hijol123ParticipantI am unable to import the “Accessories” pre-built website. The process consistently fails with a timeout error at approximately 20-50% progress. Additionally, the dashboard incorrectly flags the “Accessories” demo as “Imported/Ready to Activate” even on a brand-new WordPress installation with a wiped database.
Everything I have already attempted:
DNS & Network: Fully disabled Hostinger CDN. Reset DNS records to point directly to the A-record (82.25.87.29) to eliminate edge-caching and 404 errors.
Server Optimization: Manually increased limits in .htaccess, php.ini, and User INI. Hostinger confirms settings are active.
Clean Installations: Performed 5+ fresh WordPress installs, including complete database deletions and using unique database prefixes (zn_) to avoid legacy data.
Cache Management: Flushed Hostinger Object Cache (Redis), purged LiteSpeed server cache, and used the WoodMart “Remove Content” tool multiple times.
Browser/Local: Cleared browser cache, flushed local DNS.
Current Status:
The theme is stuck in a state where it “remembers” an old import that does not exist, and the new import script refuses to bypass the 300-second mark despite the server being set to 600 seconds. When I click activate, it loads and activates, then after refreshing the page, it shows “Activate” again…Request:
Please investigate why the import script is timing out at the theme level and how to hard-reset the “Imported” status for the Accessories demo so I can successfully load the Accessories layout for my store, Zene.-

We have reset the website to a clean state to try the import from scratch, but can’t log in now. Could you please create a new account for us?
Kind Regards

hijol123ParticipantHi,
I was able to resolve this issue after removing the entire website on Hostinger’s main dashboard. The Hostinger’s auto-install removal of wordpress with files and databases did not completely remove hidden left over cache, files which was causing this issue. This was the only way. I appreciate your help and I hope this will help others who are experiencing the same issue. This issue has been resolved. Thank you
March 25, 2026 at 6:50 pm #714136Great, we are glad that you sorted it out. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
