Woodmart Prebuilt website AJAX import error

AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.
I need to import Megamarket prebuilt site.
I am running wordpress 6.1, php 7.4 and met all requirements. but still this error comes, i have no external plugins as well. please help me to resolve.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Sorry, but WooCommerce needs to be updated to the latest version to make it work. You have a very old version that may not work with our theme.
