WoodMart Prefoter position in pages

Hi,
any time I create a new blank page, the page has already 3 elements (you can see them in the screenshot with arrows)
-the footer (4 widget, and it’s ok for me)
-the breadcrumb line
-the prefooter (with logos) that is an ‘HTML block ‘
Well, I’m not able to create a page without Bread crumb and without Breadcrums and Prefoter. It seems Like it it is a default layout, but I’m wondering if and how I can create different layout and then select one of them when I create the pages.

You can disable the prefooter by editing the page.

Please provide the URL of the page to provide the CSS to hide the breadcrumbs.
