Woodmart product images not changing aspect ratio

hello, I have the images of my products uploaded in square format but the web shows them vertically and they are all cut, I am touching the native functions of woocommerce to crop them but it does not change anything.

I have used a woodmart template to customize the product category page, could you tell me how I could make the images display in square format instead of portrait?
