good evening as you see on the images the first horizontal bar I put the number and when I come in responsive on the tablet and the mobile sa no longer appears. how to solve it?

I saw the screenshots you added.

1) To display countdown timer on the products please follow our detailed documentation on how to add countdown timer on the products in the following link :
https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/display-countdown-timer-product/

2) First you need to enable the top bar for the mobile menu, you need to Go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Top Bar settings.

Then Click Mobile Icon on top left side. Add the module in the top bar that you want to add.
