WoodMart Reinstall Theme

I need to reinstall the theme I’m using it again as if it is the first time it is installed, no matter if the data that is already edited is lost, the theme I am using which is WoodMart.
Could you explain me how to do it, if it is just disable it and re-enable it or is it a different process?

You can remove all content via the WP Reset plugin – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-restart-a-wordpress-site-reset-wordpress-the-fast-way/ and then install everything from scratch.
