Woodmart Search in header/mobile menu

Hi,
I am having an issue with the Woodmart AJAX Search widget.
In the header and also on the mobile menu when I click/tap on the search field to start typing the search term, it automatically takes me to one of the legal pages (static page) on my site. I tried to find where this “auto forwarding” is coming from, but did not succeed.
I only have this issue since updating the Theme to 3.0 last week.
And it probably has something to do with the header builder, because if I place the same widget in the footer (which I did to test it) it works normally.
Attached I am sending you some screenshots from both mobile and desktop version for a better understanding of the above.
Can you please advise how to solve this?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue again

I did switch off all plugins not related to woodmart and we experience the same error both on mobile and on desktop.

Hello,

Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme. You have not done that. I need to check in the condition of deactivated plugins.

I cannot login. As soon as I insert the login and pass, it is reset and requires to insert again

in the attached screenshot you will see that I am logged in with the account Xtemos – for which I gave you the access. So if you can not log in I do not know what the problem can be….

You will also see that the only active plugins are those which are mandatory/optional for your theme.
Please let me know how to proceed.

As for mobile mode: navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer > Copyrights text and insert correct HTML, your HTML has errors:
