we need to have only elementor pro?

It’s our option that is available via Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Sidebar -> Off canvas sidebar.

We activate the option Theme Settings -> Product -> archive -> Sidebar -> Off canvas sidebar but the sidebar does not appear. Is there something else we must do in order to work the hidden filter?

You should also define the sidebar on the Shop page via Appearance -> Widgets -> add some items to the “Shop page Widget area” and then recheck the issue.
