murat.ekeParticipantHello,
I have a WoodMart Slider (Slaytlar / woodmart_slide post type, using the WoodMart Slider widget in Elementor) on my homepage (ekegrup.com.tr) that works perfectly on desktop, but the slide image never appears on real mobile devices.
What I’ve confirmed so far:The image file itself is valid (opens fine directly via URL, all srcset sizes load correctly)
Works fine in Chrome DevTools mobile emulation/responsive mode
Works fine in the Elementor editor mobile preview
Does NOT work on multiple real physical phones (tested Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and others), across different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet) on the same devices
Confirmed via Google PageSpeed Insights (real mobile Chrome rendering via Lighthouse) — the slider area is blank in the actual rendered screenshot, and the LCP element detected is NOT the slider image, confirming nothing paints there
On a very old phone, the site falls back to full desktop layout (not mobile-responsive at all), and in that desktop layout the image DOES show
The container div (.wd-slide-bg) and its CSS (background-image, background-size, object-fit) are all correctly generated per DevTools inspection
Ruled out: autoplay/loop settings, “Stretch Slider”, “Full width container”, custom mobile height, “Hide on mobile” visibility setting, lazy load (disabled), theme’s “Disable Swiper slider script on mobile devices” setting (already disabled), caching plugin (LiteSpeed Cache is installed but disabled)
Rebuilt the slider and slides completely from scratch (deleted and recreated) — same issue persists
Browser console shows repeated “Swiper Loop Warning: not enough slides for loop mode” warnings (had only 1 slide at the time, now 2)I strongly suspect this is a Swiper JS initialization/calculation issue specific to real mobile browser rendering conditions that isn’t reproduced in desktop-based emulation tools.
Could you please take a look? I can provide temporary admin access if needed.
Slider location: homepage, widget ID visible in page source as slide-651 (post ID may differ after rebuild)
WoodMart version: Woodmart 8.5.5
Elementor version: 4.1.4
Thank you.July 13, 2026 at 4:18 pm #723596Hello,

July 14, 2026 at 1:23 pm #723676Hello,
You have defined the HTML Block in the page settings for mobile. Navigate to Pages > Edit home page with Elementor and click on the page settings, remove the Mobile version HTML block (experimental), and check the issue after completely clearing the cache.
See Screenshot for better understanding: https://postimg.cc/dkkvcKR7

murat.ekeParticipantHi, thank you for pointing me to the Mobile HTML Block setting. I found it and tried removing it, but there\’s an issue: when I click the \”×\” to clear the \”Alt Footer\” selection and then click Publish, the setting does NOT actually save. When I close the page and reopen the same page in Elementor, \”Alt Footer\” is selected again in that field.
I tried this multiple times with the same result. Could you please check this directly on the site, since you have admin access? The login details are in the private content field from my previous message.
Site: https://www.ekegrup.com.tr — homepage (post ID 350)July 14, 2026 at 4:33 pm #723709Hello,
To investigate this further, could you please temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins except WoodMart Core and Elementor, then try removing the HTML Block again and click Publish?
Best Regards

murat.ekeParticipantHi,
I followed your suggestion and tested thoroughly:Disabled all third-party plugins one by one (Contact Form 7, Loginizer, Loginizer Pro, Safe SVG, WooCommerce, WP Mail SMTP, WPForms Lite, and 3 custom site-specific plugins), leaving only Elementor and Woodmart Core active. For each one, I removed the “Alt Footer” selection in Page Settings > Mobile Version > HTML Block, clicked Publish, closed Elementor, reopened it, and checked the field again. The “Alt Footer” value reappears every single time, regardless of which plugin was disabled.
Cleared all custom CSS in Customizer > Additional CSS (removed everything, was previously just one minor spacing rule, now empty) — same result, the setting doesn’t persist.
Checked WoodMart Theme Settings > Custom CSS/JS — nothing is added there. So this appears to be a save/persistence bug in the Mobile HTML Block field itself, unrelated to any plugin or custom code conflict.
Since you already have admin access (provided earlier in private content), could you please try clearing this field directly, or check if it needs to be removed at the database level (e.g. a stuck postmeta value)?
Page: Homepage, post ID 350, field: Elementor Page Settings > Mobile Version > “HTML bloğu seç” currently set to “Alt Footer”
Thank you for your patience, we really appreciate the help.July 15, 2026 at 2:52 pm #723805Hello,

murat.ekeParticipantThank you, the Samsung S26 Ultra now works correctly.
On an older device (Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro), the rendering is mixed:
– Header and top menu: correctly mobile (hamburger menu opens properly)
– Bottom navigation bar (Mağaza/Sepet/Hesabım): correctly mobile
– Slider AND everything below it down to the footer: still rendering in full desktop layoutSo it’s not the whole page failing to go mobile — only the slider and the content sections between the header and the bottom nav bar are staying in desktop layout on this older device/browser.
Also, on Samsung S26 Ultra there’s still a visible gap between the main menu and the slider.

I have checked your site on multiple devices, and the page layout is displaying correctly in the mobile view.
Regarding the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, please clear the browser cache and try testing with another browser on the device to check if the issue is caused by cached content or browser-specific behavior.
Regarding the gap between the header and slider on the Samsung S26 Ultra, I have resolved this issue by adding the required top margin in the mobile view settings on the homepage.
Please check your site again.
Best Regards.

murat.ekeParticipantThank you so much for your help and patience — everything is working correctly now on both devices. Really appreciate it!
