Woodmart Sliders – Arrow & Pagination Control Errors

I am unable to save arrows or pagination settings in the Woodmart sliders. All sliders have the default options (Style 1, Style 1) and anytime I try to change the options to “disabled” and save, the page reloads without the changes saved.

I have this happening on all five of my Woodmart installations. One hosted through Vultr, one through GCP, one through Linode and one through Amazon. Some are Apache-base WP installs, some are Apache/Nginx hybrid installs and one of them are Nginx-only. I have tried disabling all of the plugins except for Woodmart Core and it is still an issue.

This has been going on for a while, I just never had time to report it.

Can you please help me?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
