Censio.dkParticipantHi, i’m using the Woodmart theme, and have tried not to use lots of other plugins in the webshop setup.
I have tried to use WP-Rocekt and Litespeed, but the webshop still have a very slow loading time.Is there anything we are doing wrong or are missing in the setup?
The server is very large.February 21, 2025 at 1:41 pm #639906
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Without 3rd party plugins it loads fast – https://prnt.sc/xORvLZKdl8Wu approximately 2s which is a good result when the page is not caching.
When I have enabled plugins back, it shows around 3.5s – https://prnt.sc/Z77nsLo9v3mg
I suggest you, disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor
Core plugin
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent themeThen activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards

Censio.dkParticipantSo you want me to deactivate Litespeed cache?
I see you recomend WP-Rocket, is this better then Litespeed?
Also we use WPMU for CDN, should we use the CDN you recomend in your guides insted?February 21, 2025 at 7:01 pm #640019
Censio.dkParticipantWe have also had a look at the single product pages on mobile, where the loading speed is around 6-10 sec.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Litespeed is just a cache plugin, you have a lot of other 3rd party plugins, which could cause the issue.
Please clarify, did you check how it works without 3rd party plugins?
I await your response.
Kind Regards

Censio.dkParticipantHi Woodmart Support,
I’m experiencing an issue where the products on my WooCommerce store are not displaying correctly. Despite having over 1,000 products in total — with approximately 60% of them marked as “In Stock” (stock > 1) and with prices set — only 2 products appear on the shop page.
Each product is assigned to categories and tags, but when I view the shop page, all product categories appear empty.
For reference, I’ve previously built another webshop using the Woodmart theme without encountering this issue.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Switched to the main/default theme (still not showing properly)
Deactivated all plugins to rule out conflicts
Ensured all plugins and the theme are up to date
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. Could you please take a look and help me identify what might be causing this?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
