    Hello,

We’ve been using Woodmart for some time and everything is great. Recently (literally 30 minutes before posting this issue), we noticed that some of the installed modules stopped working (simply they disappeared) – one example: our site was using the “Join.chat” plugin to display a WhatsApp button – now it’s gone and there are some other plugins that have stopped working.

Woodmart is up-to-date, all patched, mentioned modules are also at their latest versions.
We’ve noticed some weird errors inside “error_log” — attached — and we can’t find the source of those errors.
No updates were made, no new modules were installed “it just happened”

    Any ideas?
    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins then check back.

Also check the issue with the default wordpress theme as well.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

    Sorry for my delayed reply.
I’ve been diagnosing the problem for the last few days, and this is what I found (in terms of errors) from WoodMart —

    Function create_function() is deprecated | Trying to get property ‘term_id’ of non-object | wp-content/themes/woodmart/functions.php:10

    Function file attached

    Thank you.

And this seems to be related to my previous post:

“call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘wc_template_redirect’ not found or invalid function name” as these 2 errors appear at the same time.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Our theme doesn’t have this function in the functions.php file create_function. So it looks like you or somebody else customized our theme on your website. Try to reinstall the theme completely with the original archive downloaded from ThemeForest.

    Kind Regards
