    Hi,

    I have a problem with the templates library. Everything in WP Bakery is working fine, but when I want to import a template in the Woodmart library it just loading over and over again – without importing it. I have tried to disabled plugins to see if there was a problem, but I can’t seem to find anything.

    Hello,

    In this situation are you able to provide us your FTP access so we could troubleshoot it and provide you with a solution?

    Hello,

    The problem was related to the old version of the plug-in Woodmart Core installed by you. We update the plugin for you, now check how the import of templates works.
