3. Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Edit Top Bar left menu and add the menu items.

4. Please check the plugin documentation and integrate it:

5. Navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Check Footer content, If you are using widgets Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Add the Mailchimp Sign-up Form widget in the footer columns area. If you are Using HTML Blocks, simply edit this HTML Block with a page builder and use the form in the page builder.

Maybe it is a promo popup. Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Promo popup > disable promo popup and check the issue.

thank you. i deleted the old installed theme and reinstalled the new. then you will not seen this effect.
after that i reallized the problem. it is the newsletter of Mail Moet which i added in wedget footer as your guide. “5. If you are Using HTML Blocks, simply edit this HTML Block with a page builder and use the form in the page builder.” and i removed it because it is not able to be added newsletter in the widget
