WoodMart theme creates critical error on our website when tried live preview

I just purchased woodmart theme and tried to live preview it on our website but encountered a critical error method

Please share the page url where the php error is showing. Also deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details i will check and give you a possible solution.

Thank you for responding. The theme seems to have a conflict with Tidio chat ( A CRM & Live chat tool). If Tidio is deactivated, the preview works without the critical error
