Woodmart theme doesn't work properly

Hello, I’ve been trying to use the Premium Woodmart Theme for two days now, but I can not get it working. I’ve installed following the most recent tutorial on the XTemos’s Youtube Channel, but it continues to not work.
When i go to the website the only thing that shows up is the Woodmart Logo in the colors of the demo version that I’ve selected.

My WordPress version is the 5.7.2 (The most recent one), and I’ve also downloaded the most recent version of the WoodMart Premium.

If you guys could help me with this, I would be very thankful.

Sorry, but we see the same error. And the link you sent doesn’t lead to the WordPress dashboard.

I don’t know why this is happening, but could you please tell what could be a solution for that problem please?

There is seems to be some error. Try to install the WooCommerce plugin and check error logs via WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs. Select there the fatal errors log for today.

Says that i don’t have SoapClient and my server doesn’t support multibyte strings. And i also don’t have the terms and conditions page. But i don’t believe that any of this erros are causing this problem.

I’ve changed the Demo Version to “Cars” and realized that only the header loads up. And i still can not understand why this is happening i’ve reinstalled WordPress and Woodmart various times and this is always happening.

So? Any update?

We assume that the problem is with your hosting provider. You can contact its support for help or try to use another hosting service for a trial period.

Ok, I have contacted my Host Provider, and now i think that you can acess the WP-Admin now.

And it looks like mb_strtolower function is disabled on your server. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.
