Woodmart Theme Layout Issue: Unable to Edit or Create New Layouts

Dear Woodmart Xtemos Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request assistance with an issue I am experiencing while using the Woodmart theme. Specifically, I am encountering difficulties with the layout function.
Whenever I attempt to create a new layout from scratch or select an existing layout to modify, I am directed to the editing page as expected. However, the page appears empty and does not display any elements or options for adding new components to the layout. This issue has left me unable to customize the layouts as required.
I kindly request your guidance in resolving this matter. Your expertise and prompt assistance will be greatly appreciated as I am eager to continue working on my project using the Woodmart theme.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
