I would like to know how to install the WoodMart theme on my other website. Do I need to purchase a new license? could you please let me know more ?

Hello,
One regular license allows usage on a single website/project only.
However, you are allowed to activate the license twice — once on your live domain and once on a staging or development domain — for the same project. This is useful for testing and development purposes.
If you plan to use the theme on a second website or a different project, you will need to purchase an additional license.
