WoodMart theme settings not saving changes in backend since yesterday

Hello WoodMart Support Team,

since yesterday, I have been experiencing an issue with the WoodMart theme settings in the backend.

When I modify any setting in the WoodMart Theme Settings panel and click Save, the page reloads normally, but the changes are not applied. After the reload, all the settings return to their previous values as if nothing was saved, it also seems quite slow with saving.

This issue occurs directly in the backend theme options . I have recorded a short video showing the problem to help you better understand what is happening (it’s a GIF), and I’m attaching it to this ticket.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?

Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.
