WoodMart Theme – Shop Page Showing Blank After Theme Settings Changes

    Hello XTemos Support Team,

    I am using the WoodMart – Responsive WooCommerce WordPress Theme (purchased via ThemeForest).

    Theme Name: WoodMart

    Theme Tags: ecommerce, woocommerce, shop, store, responsive, elementor, drag & drop, ajax shop, product archive

    Issue Description:

    After making changes in the WoodMart Theme Settings panel, my Shop page layout disappeared. I can no longer find the “Shop layout” or “Product archive” options inside Theme Settings.

    WooCommerce is activated, and the Shop page exists and is properly assigned in WooCommerce settings. However, the Product Archive configuration section seems to be missing entirely from the theme options.

    As a result:

    The shop page layout cannot be customized.

    The product archive settings are not accessible.

    The front-end shop structure appears incorrect.

    Could you please help me identify what caused this issue and how to restore the Shop/Product Archive settings?

    I am happy to provide you with FTP access and allow you to restore the default theme for further troubleshooting.
    By the way, the issue you previously mentioned seems to no longer exist.
    However, I have a new problem as shown in the attached screenshot: I cannot access my WordPress admin dashboard.Could you please give me some advice or assistance to fix this?

    Thank you very much for your assistance. My issue has been resolved. However, may I ask what caused these problems? I’m concerned that this might happen again in the future, and I wouldn’t know how to handle it.

    I also noticed that the server detected issues with my website and suggested that they could be resolved using AI. Could you please clarify what that means?
