WoodMart theme support please

Hi,

When I hover the mouse over HOME and BUY menu (ACCUEIL and ACHETER in my case, its french), there are other options that pop up underneath. I don’t know how to get rid of that. I removed them from CUSTOMIZE / MENU, but they still show up.

If you have customized the theme files in the child theme then you will not lose the changes after the theme update.

If you have customized the parent theme files then you will lost the changes.

How can I ensure that I am working on a parent theme or a child theme ? please check at your end because I don’t want to lose my data.
