Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but the Theme Update doesn’t have any issues, there might be some third-party Plugin or their settings might be causing the issues on your Site.
Regarding reverting back to the previous version, if you have the Backup of your previous WoodMart Theme version then you can run that on your Site. If the Backup isn’t available, then you can try using the free third party plugin WP Rollback on your Site to revert back the version: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/
Note: But remember, one can’t just predict the consequences of reverting back to the previous version on the Site. So, please take a complete Backup of your current Live Site before trying the Rollback.
