Woodmart theme update failed – “Update failed” message

Hello,
I’m trying to update the Woodmart theme via the WordPress admin panel, but I receive the following error:
“Update failed.”

— The license is active
— WordPress and all plugins are up to date
— Sufficient server memory, file permissions are correct
— Tried both automatic and manual update methods — no success

Could you please help me identify the issue and advise on how to complete the update properly?
