Woodmart Update Error

    Dear Woodmart Support Team,
    I am trying to update woodmart theme from my admin panel. But whenever i click on update it shows me an error like this in the picture.
    Please help to fix this issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Hey
    I did the same.
    I go the theme license deactivated the theme , went to updates there was no update available.
    then I put my activation key again and activated the theme and try to update. it shows the same error.

    Please, deactivate the theme and send us your admin access so we can check this for you.

    Try to activate the theme now and update via Appearance -> Themes. Let us know if it works.

    It shows the same error. I put my purchase code activated the theme and try to update from appearance.
