So I suggest you contact with your server for further solutions.

There is no issue with the theme at the moment, just ask them to investigate it with the default theme – https://prnt.sc/eQ7xjWehIEd5 , so the page should load around 1s on the default theme. And after that, we can investigate the speed of the theme.
