WoodMart Vegetables Template — Problem with the newsletter form in the footer

Hello,
I purchased WoodMart theme from XTemos and imported the Vegetables ready-made website template. The footer included a newsletter signup form with an email input and subscribe button.
After editing the footer in Elementor, the form widget is now empty. When I click on it in Elementor, it shows “Mailchimp” in the top left panel.
My questions:
Which plugin does the Vegetables template’s newsletter form require?
After making changes to the footer, the ‘Subscribe to the newsletter’ button and the email address field have disappeared. How can I restore them? We would like to use this form.

Hello,
The newsletter section in the Vegetables demo uses a Mailchimp form. The widget you are seeing in Elementor is the Mailchimp widget, which requires a Mailchimp form to be selected.
Please make sure that the MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress plugin is installed and activated on your site.
After that, edit the footer with Elementor, select the Mailchimp widget, and choose the “Newsletter Vegetables Form” from the widget settings. Once the form is selected, the email field and “Subscribe to the newsletter” button should appear again.
